| Objective:To use the epidemiological methods for study the distribution of the extraesophageal reflux disorders (EED) in reflux esophagitis and treatment of TCM.Offer a gist for the prevention and cure of extraesophageal reflux disorders of reflux esophagitis from the point of TCM.Methods:Literature research and clinical research.Literature study:The main research explore the new progress in Western and traditional Chinesetheory of disease-related morbidity, etiology, pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment.Clinical study:100 patients of reflux esophagitis are in accordance with uniform standards for clinical data,to determine Syndrome and the data is for statistical analysis.Results:This study collected 100 cases of patients,included 53 male(53%)and 47 female (47%).The youngest is 19 years old,and the oldest is 78 years old.The average of onset was 53.53±13.35 years old.In professional investigation of this study,workers and intellectuals represent respectively 39% and 36%.In this case,incoordination between the liver and stomach type(35%),liver and stomach stagnated heat type(32%), are the major type of syndrome of RE.Grade A in gastroscopy have 54 patients(54%),Grade B have 35 patients(35%),Grade C have 8 patients(8%),Grade D have 3 (3%)1,In this study,the most common symptom of extraesophageal reflux disorders (EED) in reflux esophagitis is foreign body feeling in the throat(32%),the second one is cough(29%),the third one is sleep obstacle at night(19%),hoarseness(11%)and angina(9%) are the least common symptoms.2,Extraesophageal reflux disorders (EED) of reflux esophagitis don't have dependability to age,genders.And there'er more 40-59 years olds in this research.3,Extraesophageal reflux disorders (EED) of reflux esophagitis have dependability to course of disease.The patients who have the syndrome of foreign body feeling in the throat get a shot course of disease.And the patients who have the syndrome of sleep obstacle at night get a long course of disease.4,Extraesophageal reflux disorders (EED) of reflux esophagitis have dependability to TCM symptom-sign.Foreign body feeling in the throat is the most common symptom in incoordination between the liver and stomach type and liver and stomach stagnated heat type.Cough is the most common symptom in weakness of the spleen and stomach with heat type and weakness of QI and blood stasis.5,Extraesophageal reflux disorders (EED) of reflux esophagitis have dependability to gastroscopy grades.Grade A mainly include the symptom of foreign body feeling in the throat. Grade Band mainly include the symptoms of cough and sleep obstacle at night.Grade C include the symptom of cough. Grade D include the symptom of hoarseness.Conclusion:The common presenting symptoms of extraesophageal reflux disorders (EED) of reflux esophagitis are foreign body feeling in the throat, cough,sleep obstacle at night, hoarseness and angina. The most symptoms are foreign body feeling in the throat and cough. Foreign body feeling in the throat is the most common symptom in incoordination between the liver and stomach type and liver and stomach stagnated heat type.Cough is the most common symptom in weakness of the spleen and stomach with heat type and weakness of QI and blood stasis.The result said that the sthenia syndrome was the major type of the symptom of foreign body feeling in the throat, and asthenia syndrome was the major type of the symptom of cough. Grade A mainly include the symptom of foreign body feeling in the throat.Grade Band mainly include the symptoms of cough and sleep obstacle at night.Grade C include the symptom of cough. Grade D include the symptom of hoarseness.The result said that the level of esophagitis was more serious in asthenia syndrome than sthenia syndrome.The treatment of RE in TCM is descent and attemper the stomach.From different syndrome, assisted with rushing down the QI of the lung,clearing away the heat and sharp the pharynx and tranquilizing and nourishing the heart category.And always have curative effect.
