| Objective: Collect the general situation,TCM syndrome type,TCM physique distribution and endoscopic grading of patients with reflux esophagitis under gastroscopy,discuss the correlation among them,get certain rules,combine TCM syndrome differentiation,TCM body differentiation and endoscopic diagnosis,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment and prevention of RE patients.Methods: Collect and analyze the patients diagnosed as reflux esophagitis under endoscope in the inpatient department and outpatient department of spleen and stomach disease of our hospital from January 2018 to January2020.Combined with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 126 eligible patients were included to collect relevant data such as symptoms,signs and endoscopic manifestations,to carry out TCM syndrome differentiation and physique classification,and to use statistical software SPSS21.0 to carry out statistical analysis,and to obtain the distribution law and mutual relationship of TCM syndrome type,TCM physique,endoscopic results and general conditions in patients with reflux esophagitis.Results:1.This study included 126 patients,79 males(62.70%),47 females(37.30%),1.68∶1 males.in age distribution,61 in middle age group(48.41%)and 42 in old age group(33.33%).the mean age was 52.83±10.23.patients with a course of 1 to 3 years were the most,accounting for 42.06%.The causes of the disease were 42.86% and 32.54% respectively.In physiquedistribution,the proportion of super normal weight was the most,reaching47.62%.HP infection was positive 43.65% and negative 56.35%.2.The distribution pattern RE TCM syndromes in this study was liver-gastric disharmony type(31.75%)> liver-gastric stagnation heat type(23.02%)> spleen-stomach deficiency cold type(16.67%),qi stagnation phlegm heat type(11.11%)> spleen deficiency phlegm obstruction type(8.73%)> qi stagnation blood stasis type(4.76%)> stomach yin deficiency type(3.97%).3.This study RE the distribution law of TCM physique is Qi stagnation constitution(22.22%)> dampness and heat constitution(19.05%)> Yang deficiency constitution(16.67%),phlegm and dampness constitution(14.29%)> Qi deficiency constitution(9.52%)> Pinghe constitution(7.14%)>Yin deficiency constitution(4.76%)> blood stasis constitution(3.97%)>special constitution(2.38%).4.The results of RE classification under gastroscopy in this study are A(51.59%)>B(30.16%)>C(11.90%)>D(6.35%).5.This study RE the correlation between gastroscopy and TCM syndrome type and TCM physique: A grade was mainly liver and stomach disharmony,spleen and stomach deficiency cold and spleen deficiency phlegm obstruction,B grade was mainly liver and stomach stagnation heat,liver and stomach disharmony,qi stagnation phlegm heat;C、D grade was mainly liver and stomach stagnation heat,qi stagnation phlegm heat.Liver and stomach disharmony syndrome is mainly seen in grade A、B,liver and stomach stagnation heat and qi stagnation phlegm heat type are more seen in grade C 、 D,qi depression constitution,yang deficiency constitution,qi deficiency constitution and constitution patients endoscopic performance classification is mostly A grade,while dampness and heat constitution,phlegm dampness constitution B grade,C grade and D grade are morecommon.6.The relationship between TCM syndrome type and TCM syndrome type and TCM physique: among the main four kinds of constitution,qi stagnation constitution is the most syndrome of liver and stomach disharmony,dampness and heat constitution is the syndrome of stagnation of liver and stomach and qi stagnation of phlegm,yang deficiency constitution is the syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency of cold and spleen deficiency of phlegm,phlegm dampness constitution is the syndrome of spleen deficiency of phlegm,liver and stomach stagnation of heat and deficiency of spleen and stomach of cold.Conclusion:1.High incidence of reflux esophagitis is the middle-aged and elderly men,the main causes of the disease are emotional disorders and unhealthy eating habits,and obesity has a significant correlation,the course of disease is mostly less than 3 years,gastroscopy performance is more A、B grade,and negative correlation with Helicobacter pylori infection.2.The common TCM syndromes of RE are liver and stomach disharmony syndrome,liver and stomach stagnation heat syndrome and spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome.3.The traditional Chinese medicine constitution of RE is common with qi stagnation constitution,dampness and heat constitution,yang deficiency constitution and phlegm dampness constitution.4.There is a certain internal relation and regularity between the TCM syndrome type of reflux esophagitis and TCM constitution and gastroscopy. |
