Objective:By observing the different principles of selection acupoints of clinical efficacy in the treatment of acne patients, comparative analysis the efficience by the rating scales evaluated, to elavat that the two mothed "local election points" and"Onba selecting points" Clinical curative effect are different or not.Observation of laboratory testing before and after treatment in patients testosterone, androgen receptor leaves are different or not,, and to explore the acupuncture treatment of acne part of the mechanism. Through study the ancient and modern literature of Acne, sum up the cause of acne pathogenesis,Methods:This clinical trial folowing the randomized, controlled divides acne patients into "local election points"and "Onba selected points, " acupuncture treatment group. observed the patients with localized lesions of acne (GAGS), acne commonly associated symptoms scale, and Quality of Life Scale (Qn1-Acne), observed acne patients pre-treatment and after-treatment in serum testosterone, androgen receptor changes by laboratory tests.Results:As this study shows Acne patients treated by acupuncture after 8 weeks, most patients skin lesions and the quality of life, have been improved, and there are significant statistical significance (P<0.001). This has prompted that acupuncture treatment for acne is efficiency opatiens and is a very precise measurements. After and pre-treatment in serum testosterone levels, androgen receptor levels decreased than that before treatment, but it does not have statistical significance."local election points" "Onba selecting points" on patients with acne lesions and the local quality of life results show that local acupuncture is higher than the Onba of acupuncture, but it can not exist statistically significant.Different acupuncture points selected whether the principle of the efficacy of treatment on patients with acne have different effects, sample sizes need to be expanded to further confirmed. The incidence of acne causes are complexited for this study only observed so the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of acne need further study.
