Clinical Studies On Children's Asthma In Remission Stage Of Lung Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Treated With GuBenFangXiao Decoction And Acupoint Sticking

Objective:By observing the change of the main observation on children's asthma in remission before and after treatment,objective evaluation the clinical efficacy and safety of children's asthma in remission stage of lung spleen deficiency syndrome treated with GuBenFangXiao decoction and acupoint sticking.Method:A randomized, controlled, multi-center clinical trial, will meet children with asthma in remission stage lung spleen deficiency syndrome and 90 patients were randomly divided into two group, Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group are 45 cases respectively. the Chinese Medicine Group:Solid The GuBenFangXiao decoction, daily one; the course of the first 2.5 to 3.5 months for Dingchuan Acupoint Sticking Plaster. 1 applicator every 3 days, each 2 to 4 hours, Western Medicine Group:Pulmicort Turbuhaler budesonide,200ug/ day, night time. Two groups regard 6 months as a course of treatment,treat and observe a course of treatment. Before and after treatment were observed in the number of asthma attacks, reduce the number of monthly rates of respiratory infections and nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose, shortness of breath (physical activity), pale, sweating, spirit, appetite, bowel and bladder, tongue, pulse, etc. improvement in symptoms.Results:Comparative efficacy of the main symptoms markedly Chinese Medicines cure rate was 40%, total effective rate was 95.56%, western medicine group recovered markedly effective rate was 28.89%,95.56% total efficiency also, two main symptoms of the same basic effect (P> 0.05). TCM syndromes determine the total effective rate:100% Chinese medicine group, Western group 71.11%, significantly better than the western medicine group (P<0.05). Groups in reducing the number of asthma attacks, reduced frequency of respiratory tract infection were effective (P<0.05), on improvements of nasal itching and sneezing, runny nose, spiritual, and fatigue are also effective (P<0.05), but in cough, shortness of breath, sweating, pale, appetite, stool, tongue of the improvements, the Chinese Medicine group has obvious advantages compared to western medicine group,especially in improvements of appetite, stool, tongue. remission of asthma in children with lung spleen deficiency syndrome, GuBenFangXiao decoction and acupoint sticking with more obvious advantages. Laboratory tests before and after treatment in both groups were not obvious abnormality was found. Conclusions:GuBenFangXiao decoction and acupoint sticking therapy of children's asthma in remission stage lung spleen deficiency syndrome is an effective and safe method.
