Research Background:Bronchial asthma(asthma)is a chronic airway inflammation disease involving in many kinds of inflammatory cells such as eosinophile granulocyte、mast cells and T lymphocytes. It is one of the most common chronic airway diseases which threats public health. In the treatment, glucocorticoids and β2-adrenergic receptor agonists are mainly used in the western medical therapy, but the long-term effect is not good and may have side effects. In the Chinese medicine therapy, taking the human body as a whole, according to the principle of symptomatic treatment in acute condition and radical treatment in chronic case, and in the use of syndrome differentiation and treatment, always have good efficacy and has no obvious side effects. Objective:By observing the change of the main observation (recurrence rate、attack times and degree、respiratory infection times、cough、the rhinostegnosis、sneeze、snivel、physical capacity status、perspiration、complexion、appetite and evaluation of quality of life)on children’s asthma in remission before and after treatment, objective evaluation the clinical efficacy of Children’s Asthma in remission stage of lung spleen deficiency syndrome with GuBenFangXiao decoction and acupoint sticking.Method:276children with asthma in remission stage corresponding to the western medical diagnosis standards and at the same time according with the TCM diagnosis of lung spleen deficiency syndrome. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and western medicine, Chinese medicine group137cases,and139cases of western medicine group. The Chinese medicine group using GuBenFangXiao decoction and acupoint sticking while the western medicine group:inhaling Pulmicort Turbuhalcr budesonide. Two are6months to a course of treatment and observation of1-2courses of the treatment. The patients complete at least1course are involved in the statistical analysis. Observing the treatment a course followed a course, stopping at18months. Analyzing the improvement of the main observation recurrence rate、attack and degree、respiratory infection times. Results:End of the study, consistent with the program set, the experimental group132cases, the control group131cases, symptoms in the efficacy of Chinese medicine:the experimental group accounted for46.15%clinical control, effective in accounting for27.70%,progress accounted for 19.23%,invalid accounts6.92%; clinical control group recovery accounted for26.92%. Effective in accounting for20.77%.Advances accounted for34.62%, Invalid account for17.69%. The CMH test (P<0.001), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The total effective rate, the experimental group accounted for73.85%effective; the control group accounted for47.69%effective. The CHISQ test (P<0.001), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Two groups, experimental group in the clinical cure rate, the total efficiency are significantly higher. Conclusions:GuBenFangXiao decoction and acupoint sticking therapy of children’s asthma in remission stage lung spleen deficiency syndrome is effective and safe. The method can improve children’s living quality, and is worth the clinical promoted application.
