Cinical Studies On Neuroendocrine And Immunology Of Patients With Hypertensive Emergencies | Posted on:2011-07-27 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Y Liu | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2154360308472787 | Subject:Internal Medicine | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objective:To study the change of neuroendocrine-immune system and interrelation on hypertensive emergencies patients,we determine Angâ…¡,IL-6,IgG and C3 in venous blood.Methods:46 patients with hypertensive emergencies were enrolled in study group;31 patients with hypertension were enrolled from department of cardiology and 30 patients with normal blood pressure from out-patient department matching with the study group in gender and age,ruled out liver and kidney disease,diabetes mellitus and secondary hypertension.To detect the level of Angâ…¡and IL-6 in blood plasma by radio-immunifaction,the level of IgG and C3 in blood by immunoturbidimetry.Results:(1)There is no statistics discrepancy in age,gender,heart rate and fasting blood glucose for each group(P>0.05).Systolic pressure in hypertensive emergencies is higher obviously than the hypertension and the normal blood pressure group(p<0.01).It is higher obviously in hypertension than in normal blood pressure group (P<0.01).Diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive emergencies is higher obviously than in hypertension (P<0.05)and is higher than in normal blood pressure group (P<0.01).There is no statistics discrepancy between the hypertension and the normal blood pressure patients(P>0.05).(2) The level of Angâ…¡in the hypertensive emergencies group is higher than the normal blood pressure group significantly(P<0.01),the level of Angâ…¡in the hypertensive emergencies group is higher than the hypertension(P<0.05), which in the hypertension is higher than the normal blood pressure group (P<0.05);The level of IL-6 in the hypertensive emergencies group is higher than the hypertension and the normal blood pressure group significantly(P<0.01),the level of IL-6 in the hypertension group is higher than the normal blood pressure group significantly (P<0.01);The level of IgG in the hypertensive emergencies group is higher than the hypertension and the normal blood pressure group significantly (P<0.01), the hypertension group is higher than the normal blood pressure group (P<0.05);The level of C3 in the hypertensive emergencies group is higher than the normal blood pressure group (P<0.05).There is no statistics discrepancy between the hypertensive emergencies and the hypertension group,and there is no statistics discrepancy between the hypertension group and the normal blood pressure group(P>0.05).(3)The level of Ang II,IL-6,IgG and C3 in hypertensive emergencies group is positively correlated with SBP (00.05).(4)There is positive correlation betweet Angâ…¡and IL-6(r=0.412),Angâ…¡and IgG(r=0.297),Angâ…¡and C3 (r=0.315)(P<0.05).(5)SBP in cerebral apoplexy patients is higher than the patients suffered from cardiovascular event (P<0.05).The level of Angâ…¡and C3 in cerebral apoplexy patients is higher than the patients suffered from cardiovascular event significantly(P<0.01),the level of IgG in cerebral apoplexy patients is higher than the patients suffered from cardiovascular event(P<0.05);There is no statistics discrepancy in DBP and level of IL-6 between cerebral apoplexy and cardiovascular event patients (P>0.05).Conclusion:Both the neuroendocrine system and immune system of hypertensive emergencies are activated.
