| Objective:Through the three sub-Yin Decoction with isolated systolic hypertension clinical observation and study of its associated pulse pressure and arterial elasticity indices and cardiovascular risk factors,the thesis is dedicated to provide a theoretical basis for isolated systolic hypertension of the three sub-Yin Decoction.Methods:1.The author has surveyed patients with isolated systolic hypertension registered in Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine and outpatient medicine cardiovascular disease from September 2008 to January 2010. Cases is collected by professional person, and amount to 237 ones conform to the criteria in this study.2.Isolated systolic hypertension syndrome in patients with liver and kidney Investigation Form is designed in accordance with Chinese Medicine Clinical Research Drug guiding principles published by TCM Syndrome type of criterion-referenced medical technology in China in 2002. Meanwhile it also receives expert opinions.3.TCM standards Differentiation is completed by physicians from the cardiovascular specialist in strict accordance with reference and the author induces symptoms of liver and kidney points in traditional Chinese medicine.4. All the patients in the corresponding groups are required to complete the blood pressure measurement,blood lipids and glycated hemoglobin test in due time.5.The epidemiological characteristics of isolated systolic hypertension is Analyzed by author.6.Observation is focused on systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure effects of patients of isolated systolic hypertension who receive the three sub-Yin Tang treatment.7.Observation is eyed on isolated systolic hypertension lipid effects of patients who are suffering from hyperlipidemia and receive the three sub-Yin Tang treatment.8.Observation is oriented toward isolated systolic hypertension effects of glycated hemoglobin of patients suffered from type 2 diabetes in with.9.The collected Data are featured by mean±standard deviation (x±s),and the measurement data is analyzed by T-test.If P value is less than 0.05,then the result is statistically significant. All statistical calculations uses statistical software SPSS17.0.Results:1.The cases that are in,line with the diagnosis amount to 462 ones among the patients with isolated systolic hypertension, of which 275 cases belong to female patients,accounting for 59.52% of total samples.And the other 187 cases are male patients, accounting for 40.48% of total samples.The distribution of all ages is analyzed through the X2 trend test,and it is found that the overall prevalence rate of ISH patients is increased rapidly with age,and that female patients and male patients were significantly different (P<0.05).2.The treatment group concludes 27 patients,among which the markedly effective ones are 12 cases,the effective are 14 cases, the ineffective are 1 case. The total effective rate is 96.30%; the control group has 27 cases,of which 1 case is lost,7 cases are markedly effective, the effective are 12 cases,the ineffective are 7 cases.The total effective rate is 70.37%. The difference was significant (P<0.05) compared with the total effective rate of the two groups.3.The result is found significant (P<0.05)compared with before and after treatment of the group received systolic blood pressure. It is characterized with no significant difference (P>0.05) with those received diastolic blood pressure compared with before and after treatment.As regard to pulse pressure before and after treatment,there was significant difference (P<0.05).As for the Control group who treated with systolic blood pressure,there was significant (P<0.05) compared with those before and after treatment.As for the treatment of diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment,it is found significantly difference (P <0.05).It has no significant difference (P> 0.05) as for Pulse pressure before and after treatment.Compares with The treatment group and the control one who received the treatment of hand systolic pressure, it is found that diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure was significantly different (P<0.05).4.The treatment group has 27 cases,the markedly effective are 3 cases,the effective are 23 cases,the ineffective are 1 case. The Efficiency rate is 96.30%. The control group totals to 27 cases, among which 1 case is lost,1 case markedly effective,14 ones effective,11 ones ineffective. The overall effective rate is 57.69%. The total effective rate was significant difference (P <0.05) compared the two groups.5.As for the treatment group of before and after treatment,TC \TG\HDL-C\LDL-C are found significantly different(P<0.05); and as regard to the control group of before and after treatment, TC\TG\HDL-C\LDL-C are found significantly different(P<0.05); After treatment for the two groups,TC\HDL-C significantly different (P<0.05).6.Regard to the treatment group before and after treatment,the result is significantly different (P<0.05);as for the control group of before and after treatment,it significantly different (P <0.05);two groups of data collected after treatment is found were significantly different (P<0.05)Conelusion:1.Those who has isolated systolic hypertension are largely the senior,and it is mainly for the senior female who get this disease instead of male ones.2.It is better to use the combination of Amlodipine besylate tablets and three sub-Yin Tang rather than to take the Amlodipine besylate tablets alone.It is found that the combination method can better reduce systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure.3.The combination of Amlodipine besylate tablets and three more generous use of sub-Yin Tang amlodipine can better improve the reduction of the clinical symptoms and signs4.In order to reduce triglycerides and to increase high-density lipoprotein, it is suggested that the combination of Fluvastatin capsule and three sub-Yin Tang works better than application of Fluvastatin capsule alone..5.In the aspect of reducing the glycated hemoglobin value, it is advised that the combination of Acarbose tablets and three sub-Yin Tang works better. |
