Clinical Study On Chloasma Treated With Chinese Herbal Medicine Internal,External Administration And Photo Rejuvenation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy combination technology of Chinese herbal medicine internal and external administration, photo rejuvenation (hereinafter referred to as the comprehensive treatment group) in the treatment of chloasma., and compared with the treatment of TCM and single photon treatment particularly, observe the area and color change of the color spot, adopt grading method for study in their efficacy, screening for the optimal treatment of chloasma, provide the basis for improving clinical cure rate and efficiency rate of chloasmaMethods:150 cases of chloasma accord with the standard of clinical diagnosis and survey were selected and divided into three groups randomly:Chinese medicine group, photo rejuvenation group, and comprehensive treatment group, observed the clinical effect. TCM therapy group take " Flowers beautifying honey "orally and " Flowers beautifying 1" powder externally which were proprietarily provided by of Shiyan TCM hospital, Photo rejuvenation group are treated by the instruments of photon tender skin in the Chinese beauty outpatient department conform to the standards of patients treated chloasma. Comprehensive treatment group is the combination of three therapy methods. Observe and analysis the splash area and color changes before treatment, after treatment, then give statistical analysis.Results:three groups were compared by Ridit analysis:The difference of the mean value of R among the three groups (a=0.05) was statistically significant. Photo rejuvenation group:R= 0.6753, CI for (0.6091,0.7443). Chinese traditional medicine group:R= 0.5481, CI for (0.4709,0.6254), Comprehensive treatment group: R=0.3996, CI for (0.3393,0.4539).Therapeutic level is "good" to "bad" sequence. Lesser mean value of R has good curative effect, thus the comprehensive treatment group is superior to other two groups in the treatment of chloasma.Conclusion:he clinical efficacy combination technology of Chinese herbal medicine internal and external administration, photo rejuvenation has high efficacy, less adverse reactions than TCM and single photon.
