ObjectiveThe purpose was to observe the clinical effect of chloasma by the treatment of micro-needle therapy and traditional Chinese medicine internal,and searching for a safe and effective treatment of chloasma,providing the theoretical basis for wide clinical usage to improve clinical cure rate and efficiency rate of chloasma.MethodsAll 70 patients with chloasma were collected from the Beauty clinic of Hubei hospital of TCM from 2015.1 to 2016.5,and met diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria.Patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly: The treatment group includes 35 cases,treatment by micro-needle therapy and traditional Chinese medicine internal,oral a decoction,bid,according to syndrome differentiation of TCM.Patients received micro needle therapy once every three weeks,3 to 4 times in total.A course of a treatment was 3 months.The control group includes 35 cases,treatment by Chinese herbs and 2% Hydroquinone cream,using the same decoction as the treatment group and apply 2% Hydroquinone cream on the face after cleaning every night.Patient’s age,duration,syndrome differentiation,conditions and other basic data points in the treatment group and the control group show no significant difference(P>0.05),which proves the two groups were comparable.The patients were followed up during the study to check out the side effect.After 3 months,The cutaneous lesions’ variation(color and area)before and after the treatment was observed and contrasted to determine whether there was significant variability in the curative effect.Results 1.The total disease effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group(94.29%),compared with that in control group(77.14%),P<0.05.2.The improvement of area and color of Chloasma in the treatment group are better than the control group.(P<0.05).In the course of treatment,both groups had no obvious side effects.Conclusiontwo groups of patients with melisma skin lesions were improved,but the efficiency of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,indicating micro-needle therapy and Chinese medicine internal can significantly improve the C1 inical efficacy of chloasma.
