| Objective:In recent years, the incidence of cardiovascular disease on the rise worldwide been recognized as common and frequently-occurring disease of the head, the arrhythmia is particularly prevalent. Ventricular tachycardia(VT) is one of malignant arrhythmia, the most serious manifestations is sudden death. Acupuncture treatment has a simple, convenient, fewer side effects merit on this disease. We use CsCl to made VT rat models, and observe the rats'electrocardiogram(ECG) and record their heart rate and the lasting time for arrhythmia. Then electro-acupuncture(EA) on "Daling"(PC7) and "Taiyuan". We detected the contents of AngiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in the rats'blood plasma. In this way, we are trying to explore experimental basis for clinical treatment of cardiac arrhythmia.Methods:70 healthy SD rats(weight 2.0-2.5 kilograms, male or female) were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal group, model group, "Daling" group, "Taiyuan" group, each group with 20 rats except normal group is 10. VT model was duplicated by inject CsCl in femoral vein. Then we connectted BL-410 biological function of the experimental system, continuous record of rat limbⅡ-lead ECG. EA was applied to "Daling" (PC7) on "Daling" group,and applied to "Taiyuan"(LU9) on "Taiyuan" group with electroacupuncture instrument for 5 minutes. We observe the Heart rate change and lasting time for arrhythmia, and detected the contents of AngⅡand VIP in the rats'blood plasma respectively. Results:1. After CsCl injected discontinuous, VT rats'heart rate increased greatly.After 5 minutes as VT model had been built successfully, the heart rate of "Daling" group reduced greatly. The difference between the three groups in heart rate were obvious.2.The total duration of arrhythmia with the rats in Model group was 47.43±13.34 min, "Daling" group was 31.57±12.24 min, and "Taiyuan" group was 42.90±12.12 min. Compared with the Model group and "Taiyuan" group, The duration of the "Daling" group was abbreviated greatly(P<0.01 and p<0.05).3.The contents of AngⅡin blood plasma of model group increased obviously(P<0.05), and the VIP induced obviously (P<0.05). The contents of AngⅡin blood plasma of "Daling" group induced obviously(P<0.05), and the VIP increased abnormality (P<0.01 and P<0.05) compared with model group and "Taiyuan" group,Conclusion:It is obviously decreased the VT rats heart rate after electro-acupunture on Daling acupoint, show that electro-acupunture can antagonize arhythmia.The contents of AngⅡrose obviously and VIP induced after VT, indicating that AngⅡand VIP involved in the pathological process of VT.Compared with the model group and "Taiyuan" group, the content of AngⅡand VIP in "Daling" group in rats'blood plasma approximately approached to the nomal level. It is show that electro-acupunture on daling acupoint can regulate the content of AngⅡand VIP in the rats'plasma. |
