Object: To comprehensively explore the risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) and offer feasible, scientific proof for the precaution of NAFLD.Method: A 1:1case-control study of 100 pairs was carried out.All of the objects were investigated in uniform questionnaire about suspected risk factor which included population feature, life style, past medical history, family history of NAFLD, physical examination, liver function, blood fat,FPG,FINS and adiponectin.Paired-samplesχ2 test,pair-samples t test,trendχ2 test and Logistic regression was applied to analysis the difference between the two groups by SPSS13.0.Result:1.Paired-samplesχ2 test analysis showed that Profession,Smokeing, physical examination,Animal foodstuff,Sweet tooth,High blood pressure,Obesity, Cholelithiasis,Hyperlipemia, Type 2 Diabetes,IR and Hypoadiponectinemia were concerned with NAFLD(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Trendχ2 test analysis showed that there were trend relationship between amount of everyday smoking,FPG,BMI and NAFLD(P<0.05).2.Paired-samples T test analysis showed that BMI,WHR,TG,TC,LDL,FPG and IRI were significantly higher than those of the control group ,while HDL and Adiponectin were lower(P<0.01).3.Multiple condition Logistic regression analysis show that Sweet tooth,TG,Adiponectin and NAFLD were in a high significant correlation(P<0.01 ) ,OR were 2.09,2.66 and 0.88 respectively.Animal foodstuff,Physical examination,WHR,BMI, Cholelithiasis,Type 2 Diabetes, IR were related to NAFLD(P<0.05),OR were1.67,0.59,1.44,13.10,2.62,1.65,1.54.Conclusion: 1.Animal foodstuff,Sweet tooth,Obesity,Cholelithiasis,Hyperlipemia,Type 2 Diabetes,IR and Adiponectin level decrease are independent risk factors of NAFLD.2.It has positive significance of NAFLD prevention to keep on physical examination, develop good eating habit, give up the bad habits and actively prevent Obesity, Cholelithiasis,Hyperlipemia, Type 2 Diabetes and Hypoadiponectinemia.
