| Objective: To discuss differential expression of Anion Exchanger 2 in cultured normal human trophocyte and JAR cell line,and the relationship between the changed expression of the channel protein and nosogenesis of chorionic carcinoma.Methods: (1)The human cultured normal trophocyte was primary cultured, purified and identified,then it was setted as Normal Group .JAR cell line was cultured and setted as Choriocarcinoma Group. (2) We have found the expression of AE2 in cultured normal human trophocyte and JAR cell line by immunohistochemistry.(3) We have found the expression of AE2 in cultured normal human trophoc-yte and JAR cell line by RT-PCR.Results: (1)In Normal group,we could just observe so limitied ex-pression of AE2 in cultured normal human trophocyte that we could not take photo of them..but in Choriocarcinoma group. however, the rate of positive cell of AE2 in JAR cell line were (91.95.±12.10)%,much higher than that in Normal Group.(2)we could detect the expression of Anion Exchanger 2 in both cultured normal huma-n trophocyte and JAR cell line. Choriocarcinoma Group AE2, respectively, for the OD value (0.85±0.21), Normal Group, AE2, respectively, for the OD value (0.19±0.01). the OD value of AE2 in Choriocarcinoma Group was significantly higher than that in the No-rmal Group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The overexpression of AE2 may lead to the imbalance of water and electrolyte in trophocyte, And it may be a mechanism for the happen of choriocarcinoma. |
