Respiratory syncytial virus (Respiratory Syncytial Virus, RSV) is the main reason of bronchiolitis and pneumonia in infants and young children, their pathogenesis is still unclear. Chinese medicine treatment of viral pneumonia (including RSV pneumonia), in clinical and experimental study found that there are some advantages. With the development of modern experimental study found that the occurrence of certain viral and cellular imbalance between the inflammatory factors related to, RSV infection and cell pro-inflammatory cytokines and an imbalance in the relationship between the level of anti-inflammatory factors are also close. Early viral infection, the body may be affected through the promotion of local cells to secrete certain cytokines to regulate the virus in the host cells of the inflammatory response, while the virus may be inside the host cells by inhibiting the secretion of some cytokines in reproduction and breeding.Early study confirmed Jinxin Oral Liquid has antagonistic effect on RSV infection, but the mechanism of action remain unclear. For the experimental data using SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis.The body after infection pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-a significantly decreased compared with the normal group, statistically significant (P<0.05), anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 levels significantly increased compared with the normal group, there was significance (P<0.05), TNF-a/IL-10 ratio lower than normal. Jinxin early oral Liquid, high, medium and low dose group, TNF-a levels compared with the virus control group increased in varying degrees, with statistical significance (P<0.05), which the early treatment group The most significant increase, followed by high dose group. Early treatment group, and high dose group IL-10 levels higher than the virus control group, the difference was not statistically significant compared with ribavirin significantly (P<0.05). TNF-α/IL-10 ratio and golden proportion between Hin no significant concentration of oral liquid, in which low-dose group was the highest, followed by high dose group were lower than normal group. After ribavirin treatment, TNF-αlevel increased, IL-10 levels decreased, and the virus control group there were significant differences between (P<0.05), TNF-α/IL-10 ratio back to normal.Respiratory syncytial virus infection in the body after the impact of the immune balance, Jinxin Oral Liquid has a role in regulating the immune imbalance.
