Effect Of Qingfei Oral Liquid On Serum IL-6and TNF-α In Children With Respiratory Syncytial Viral Pneumonia

Objective:To investigate the level of Interleukin-6(IL-6)and Tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-α) in children Pneumonia with Respiratory Syneytial Virus(RSV)blood,which creamed by Qingfei Oral Liquid, and discuss how to effect the level of the cytokines to develop inhibiting RSV infection mechanism by Qingfei Oral Liquid.Medford:With colloidal gold immune chromatography (GICA) to detection the RSV antigen of nasopharyngeal secretions of children with pneumonia, preserving blood samples of children which were diagnosed with RSV pneumonia at the clinic8portions before treatment, each specimen2ml plasma. And preserving blood samples of children after treatment with Qingfei Oral Liquid8portions, each specimen2ml plasma. Each children, s venous blood samples before and after the treatment1000turn/separation heart for15minutes, centrifugal separation serum,-70freeze-preserving, measuring content of the IL-6and TNF-a of the supernatant fluid of retinal cells with an ELISA kit (R&D) respectively.Result:The content of IL-6and TNF-a in serum of the RSV pneumonia children are both reduced than that before treated by Qingfei Oral Liquid, the changes are statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qingfei Oral Liquid can effectively reduce the serum level of IL-6and TNF-a of the RSV pneumonia children, decrease the damage to normal immune cells caused by RSV, and inhibit its toxic effect.
