The Study On TCM Syndrome Distribution Rule And Influencing Factors Of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective:Through clinical observation of 138 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with TCM syndrome distribution rule, and then to discuss the relationship of different syndromes to the nutrition,cardiovascular complications and psychosocial factors.Method:Through clinical research and observation, to choose 138 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients and observe differences of TCM syndrome distribution rule biology index and relational factors in clinical symptoms during hemodialysis.Results:1.The analysis shows that the syndrome of pure deficiency is the majority type(53.7%),the deficiency accompanied with excess syndrome has low occurrence.Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrome is the majority type(47.1%)in he deficiency syndrome.Qi-yin deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency of liver-kidney syndrome and Yin-yang deficiency syndrome are sceond.Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrome has lowest occurrence(2.9%).In excess syndrome,blood-statis syndrome,damp-muddy syndrome and damp-heat syndrome distribute in each phase more even,heat-du syndrome and wind-pathogen syndrome have not obsevered.2.In this group of the maintenance hemodialysis patients the aged is majority. The age of the Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrome is younger than Qi-yin deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency of liver-kidney syndrome and Yin-yang deficiency syndrome,the age of damp-heat syndrome is younger than damp-muddy syndrome (p<0.05).The hemodialysis history of the group is more than 3 years.The hemodialysis history of Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrome and Yin deficiency of liver-kidney syndrome are longer than Qi-yin deficiency syndrome and Yin-yang deficiency syndrome (p<0.05).In the primary diseases of Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrome,Chronic glomerulonephritis is the first.In the primary diseases of Yin deficiency of liver-kidney syndrome,Chronic glomerulonephritis and hypertension are the majority.In Qi-yin deficiency syndrome,Chronic glomerulonephritis and diabetes mellitus are the majority.In Yin-yang deficiency syndrome,the other is the first. Chronic glomerulonephritis is the first in the syndrome of pure deficiency and blood-statis syndrome.3.The malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients is common. In deficiency syndrome,SGA shows:Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrome>Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrome>Yin deficiency of liver-kidney syndrome=Qi-yin deficiency syndrome>Yin-yang deficiency syndrome.In excess syndrome, SGA shows:blood-statis syndrome>damp-heat syndrome>damp-muddy syndrome>pure deficiency syndrome.The level of the aibum of Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrom is higher than Yin-yang deficiency syndrome.Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrom have relatively better nutrition condition, Yin-yang deficiency syndrome have worse nutrition condition in the cases.The cardiovascular complications of patients in this group are common. Yin-yang deficiency syndrome is more than Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrom(P<0.05).In blood fliud,the data shows that Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrom is large than Yin-yang deficiency syndrome and Qi-yin deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency of liver-kidney syndrome is large than Yin-yang deficiency syndrome (P<0.05).The complications of blood vessel channel shows:Qi-yin deficiency syndrome
