Objective:To explore the management of anesthesia,respiratory support treatment and the protection of medical personnel of 8 cases with novel influenza A (H1N1) during cesarean section.Methods:The clinical data of 8 confirmed cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All the cases delivered baby successfully. Except 1 case died afer the operation ,7 cases recovered after the treatment,all the new borns had favourable prognosis.Conclusion:Infected with the novel influenza A(H1N1),pregnant women had higher risk of severe pneumonia,respiratory failure and even death. Based on symptoms,lung auscultation case,the gas analysis of arterial blood,SPO2 of the patients, and combined with the patients general condition,vital signs to assess the patients'conditions and to select the anaesthesia methods .Use continuous epidural anesthesia in mild patients, general anesthesia in severe patients. Apply lung protective ventilation strategy for the severe patients besides use narcotic drugs reasonably and safe anaesthesia management to gurantee the basic treatment.
