| Objective:Comparison of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation with the traditional plate fixation of distal tibial fractures, analysis of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation of the advanced nature and feasibility of exploring the fracture type of a reliable method of internal fixation.Methods:2008 years in July-October 2009, Zhangzhou City Chinese Medicine Hospital of distal tibial fractures treated in 60 patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, aged 18 to 70 years. Injuries reasons:42 cases of traffic injury, sports injuries in 12 cases, falls in 6 cases. The left side in 23 cases, the right side of 37 cases. According to AO classification:A type 49 cases, C-type in 11 cases. After injury to the operative time was 3d-7d.. Using the method of stochastic digital form will be divided into two groups, with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation for group, traditional (orif plate fixation for the group to observe and record in hospitalized patients with the situation, and follow-up of operation time, loosen the bleeding after a tourniquet, number, fracture healing time, clinical incidence of postoperative complications and Wruhs curative effect with Johner-scoring rate, statistical analysis. Results:The two cases during a mean follow-up of 5-15 months. Two groups in operation time, blood loss, hospital days, fracture healing time clinical is significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications have significant difference (P<0.05). With Johner-Wruhs effect after scoring rate compared with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation with the traditional plate fixation of distal tibial fractures compared with the obvious advantages of trauma patients to spend less incision healed quickly, the high rate of fracture healing, functional recovery is good, and the postoperative disease less for clinicians provides a good biological fixation. |
