Object:This topic through clinical observation of fresh scallion stalk extract treatment of NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) efficacy, and animal experimental observation of fresh scallion stalk extract on rat model of NAFLD lipids, liver function and blood standard Rheology of indicators, and to explore fresh light blue extract NAFLD prevention and treatment of Tung-yang mechanism of action. Methods:clinical study:Choose December 2008-January 2010 in No.1 Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of digestive clinic and ward in line with NAFLD diagnosis of simple fatty liver and fat-type hepatitis patients, a total of 82 cases. According to TCM diagnostic criteria for card-type classification. Each type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups,41 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with fresh scallion stalk extract,2 capsules per day, two times; the control group was treated with Essentiale soft capsules,2 capsules per day,3 times a day. Treatment groups were 3 months,3 weeks after discontinuation therapeutic effect. Before and after treatment were observed in patients with the clinical symptom score, blood lipids (TC, TG, HDL, LDL), liver function (ALT, AST), B ultrasonic examination score, blood rheology (high-shear whole blood viscosity, medium-cut, low -cut, hematocrit, plasma viscosity), syndrome classification and the assessment of clinical efficacy. Experiment 2 Experimental Research:Preparation of animal model of NAFLD rat model, the treatment group were fed with fresh scallion stalk extract, the control group fed with Essentiale and Gypenoside normal group fed with normal saline. The rats were killed 1 month after treatment were observed in each group after treatment of rat liver tissue morphology, blood lipids (TC, TG, HDL, LDL) and blood rheology (high-shear whole blood viscosity, medium cut, low shear, hematocrit, plasma viscosity) differences. Results:Experiment 1 (1) comparison of two groups of patients with body mass index:body mass index in two groups of patients before treatment decreased, but no statistical significance (P> 0.05).(2) comparison of lipid levels before and after treatment:Before treatment, patients with blood lipid levels between the two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05); after treatment, control group patients with TC, TG decreased compared with before treatment, there are significant differences (P<0.05), HDL, LDL levels had no significant difference in change (P> 0.05); treatment group in patients with TC, TG, LDL decreased significantly compared with before treatment, there is a significant difference (P<0.05), in which TG has a very significant difference (P<0.01), HDL levels were significantly elevated, there is a significant difference (P <0.05):treatment group in patients with TC, TG, LDL compared with the control group, significant difference (P<0.05).(3) changes in liver function before and after treatment comparison:Before treatment, the level of liver function in patients between the two groups was no significant difference (P> 0. Bowel). After treatment, two groups of patients with serum ALT, AST decreased significantly compared with before treatment, there is a significant difference (P<0.05), in which the control group there was a significant decline in ALT difference (P<0.01); the two groups was no significant difference between the (P> 0.05).(4) before and after treatment comparison of B-ultrasound points: before treatment, two groups of patients with B-ultrasound was no significant difference in points (P>0.05). After treatment, both groups have decreased points, there is a significant difference (P <0.05), and the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).(5) the level of blood rheology before and after treatment comparison:before treatment in patients with high-shear whole blood viscosity, medium cut, low shear, hematocrit, plasma viscosity was significantly higher than after treatment (P<0.05), there is a clear blood rheology abnormalities.(6) Integrated Clinical comparison:treatment group 41 cases,9 cases of clinical markedly effective in 27 cases, ineffective in 5 cases, the total effective rate 87.9%; control group,41 cases, 5 cases of clinical markedly effective in 23 cases, ineffective in 13 cases, the total efficiency 68.3%. The x'test compared the two groups was statistically significant efficiency (P<0.05).(7) The comparative efficacy of TCM syndrome:treatment group 41 cases,9 cases of clinical markedly effective in 29 cases,3 cases, the total effective rate 95.1%; control group,41 cases,4 cases of clinical markedly effective in 25 cases,12 cases of ineffective The total effective rate 70.7%. The x'test compared the two groups was statistically significant efficiency (P<0.05).treatment groups are able to control to varying degrees NAFLD, efficacy is superior to the model group. Experiment 2 (1) model rats TC, TG, HDL was significantly higher than that of the normal group (P<0.01), HDL value is lower than the normal group (P<0.01); the treatment group TC, TG, HDL values than those of model group lower (P<0.01 or P<0.05), HDL values increased (P<0.05); fresh scallion stalk extract Essentiale dose group and between groups there was no significant difference (P> 0.05).(2) model group ALT, AST values higher than the normal group (P <0.05); the treatment group ALT, AST values lower than those in model group (P<0.05); among the groups was no significant difference between the sex (P> 0.05).(3) model in rats whole blood viscosity and high shear rate, medium cut, low shear, hematocrit, plasma viscosity was significantly higher than the normal group (P<0.01), treatment groups were lower than model group (P<0.05) There are clear abnormalities of blood rheology...
