| Objective:Clinical aspects of this subject is observed from the combination of integrated Chinese and Western treatment of primary nocturnal enuresis deficiency of kidney function and long-term effects of treatment. Methods:Selected met the inclusion criteria of primary nocturnal enuresis in children with 61 cases of deficiency of kidney, by doctor randomly divided into two groups, treatment of 31 cases of 30 patients. Giving psychological treatment, corrective training habits and bladder function, based on Chinese medicine and the treatment group received desmopressin acetate (Minirin) treatment, the control group alone plus desmopressin acetate treatment. Through observation before treatment, after treatment and follow-up of enuresis were recorded at the end of the number of changes and to assess its efficacy and long-term effect. Regularly review the blood, urine, liver and kidney function monitoring drug safety. End of the experiment, a database with SPSS15.0 statistical software, statistical analysis, to further clarify the treatment group and control group, the final result. Results:Patients were observed before and after treatment, and follow-up by the end of enuresis frequency change after treatment in both groups before treatment were less frequent enuresis decreased statistical significance (P<0.05). Groups in reducing the number of degree of enuresis, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Efficiency of the treatment group was 90.32%, control group was 76.67%, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Recurrence rate of 14.28% in treatment group, control group was 26.09%, the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Treatment group before and after the safety index detection were normal. Conclusions:The comparision of TCM combined Desmopressin Acetate group and simple group of Desmopressin Acetate, it's no significant difference in their short-term effect. But its long-term efficacy is superior to simple Desmopressin acetate treatment group. And it had no significant side effects of drugs. |
