Clinical Study On Treatment Of PCOS Combined With Unruptured Follicular Luteinized Syndrome By Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicines

Objective:With the wide use of stimulate ovulation drugs in clinical, we found more and more patients with PCOS appear LUFS,which make our treatment more difficult. In this study, clinical study to examine the combined tune Bushenhuoxue week therapy combined western medicine PCOS with LUFS, by comparison between the treatment of the simple application of Bushenhuoxue tune week therapy and simple application of medicine (CC Joint HCG) and for patients with PCOS with LUFS clinical treatment seeking the best solution,already achieve enhanced efficacy, reduce side effects effects,so that more patients benefit.Methods:90 into standard patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine group, combining Chinese and western medicine treatment group,30 cases in each group. Groups were observed for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles,ovulation rate between the three groups of patients,pregnancy, before and after treatment of basal body temperature (BBT) type, high-temperature phase HPS scores,etc, and observe the three groups of patients with improvement of clinical symptoms, the patient’s age,body mass index merge relationship between LUFS with PCOS.Results:(1)Rating syndromes:Before treatment, the three groups have no difference, there is a meaning. After treatment, the combination therapy group and traditional Chinese medicine has no difference (P>0.05), but the there was statistically significant in the combination therapy group and western medicine group (P<0.01); Paired comparison before and after the treatment, the combination therapy group and traditional Chinese have improvement in TCM symptom scores, BBT type and basal body temperature HPS score, but the western medicine group has no difference before and after the treatment;(2)Ovulation rate:After treatment three groups patients with ovulation rate had statistical significance. The pregnancy rate of combination therapy group was significant superior to that of western medicine group (P<0.01), and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05);’(3)Endometrial thickness:the three groups of patients after treatment, combination therapy group and Chinese medicine group compared to no significant difference; the combination therapy group compared to the group and western medicine, there are significant differences; Chinese medicine group and western medicine group compared, there was a significant difference (P<0.01).(4)Pregnancy:Three groups of patients pregnancy rate was statistically significant. the pregnancy rate of the combination therapy group was significantly better than western medicine group(P<0.01), while the pregnancy rate of the combination therapy group is higher than the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with PCOS merger LUFS, adjustable weeks method combined western medicine therapy can improve the western medicine cause follicular growth and ovulation cycle ovulation performance, at the same time can increase pregnancy rate, reduce the occurrence of side effects. The mechanism may be kidney herbs can promote the growth of follicular development, follicle optimize quality, increase ovulation rate, while improving endometrial receptivity, improve the pregnancy rate.
