Retrospective Analysis Of The TCM Of The Syndrome Distribution And The Relative Factors Of The CHD

Objective: To discuss the clinical TCM syndrome distribution of CHD and analyze the common relative factors and the basic theroy of TCM, to discuss the efforts of the factors of TCM,and the result could help clinical doctors grasping the regulations of CHD syndrome differentiation and therapeutic determineation,and it could keep the characteristics of Chinese medical individual diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Make questionary to note the information of the patients whose first diagnosis is CHD from 2008.1.1~2009.1.1,then adapt the massive information to research data base.Through statistics analyzing,grasp the primary station of CHD syndrome distribution and influenced regulations.Process the clinical data by SPASS17.0 statistic software,through methods of frequency description,correlation analysis,Chi-square test,etc.Result: Finally we conclude fourteen independent syndrome pattens occurred from eight hundreds and eleven cases, 91.2% are contained in the first five syndromes(phlegm and stasis block syndrome,qi-deficiency,blood stasis syndrome,deficiency of qi and yin syndrome,phlegm block syndrome, yin-deficiency syndrome, Classified all the cases into syndrome elements,different age,sex,and the incorporative syndromes have relationship with the syndrome distribution, nation have no effect on the syndrome distribution. Conclusion: clinical syndrome distribution of CHD manifested that,blood stasis and phlegm block syndrome,deficiency of qi and yin,yin-deficiency are the primary character of CHD syndrome,the status of the moment of inpatients and the patients who accept the cure coronary revascularization are have more blood stasis and phlegm block syndrome.
