Noticing the history of human being development, we can see trace of package everywhere, including clothing, food, shelter and transportation and so on. Food, as an essential part of our lives, is both the medium and the container of food. It can not only protect commodities to make them easily transformed and stored, but also the role of decorating commodities and conveying information are increasingly obvious, In modern people's conscience, package is not only the container of food which arouses the appetite and resonate, but the key point of attracting customers, leaving good impressions and even promoting consumption of commodities. Food package design differs with the times and pursues more spirit level based on meeting the material level. The elements of food package design form new characteristics along with the progress of the times. At the same time, it brings us more creation and surprise. And the cooperation of prosperous subjects in various fields and food package design plays a vital part in its development. For example, communication, as a new developing and auxiliary subject, gives the unprecedented support and help on disseminating the theory of food package design. When the new things and concept come into the field of package design and influence designers'idea, we cannot stick to establish practices, but actively accept the new things and new ideas, so that we can blend food package design and other subjects in order to pursue breakthroughs and creation of elements and innovation. Therefore, this thesis aims to grasp the new elements of food package design, search out the influence of communication on food package design, and the way to disseminate effectively through the cross disciplines under the condition of environmental protection.There are studies on food package design and culture dissemination respectively in previous researches, but there are no ones that combine them together. By analyzing the elements which form food package design, this thesis tentatively applies and combines culture dissemination and design in order to analyze the role of culture dissemination which food package design play under the multicultural situation and clarify the lessons and function to design from the combination of these two principles under new era situation. In addition, by analyzing the developing trend, features and rethinking of the elements in new era, this thesis can provide new information and ideas with the development of food package design.Under the background of new era, the development and facilitation of food package design and other subjects leads to a new height of the intention of food package design. With the interaction of internal cause and external cause, designers should grasp the characteristics of food itself, pursue the perfection and continuously innovate in the process of dissemination, exploit potential and intention of food package design, establish companies'image and improve entire quality of food package design, develop more competitiveness, serve the rounded and fight a bright future for the field of food package design. |
