Study On The Investment And Financing Mechanism Of Cultural Industry In Shaanxi

Along with the potential of cultural industry continuous showing, many countries have established cultural founding strategy. Our country also put forward to develop cultural industry, in order to promote the development of cultural industry, our government implemented a series of policies and measures. And our cultural industry develops rapidly in the government's vigorously support. In order to keep up with the pace of the national culture industry development, many provinces have realized the importance of cultural enterprises; they all put cultural industry as the pillar industry. As the province of rich cultural resources, Shaanxi also pointed out to develop culture industry. The importance of cultural industry in Shaanxi economic growth becomes more and more prominent.Without the support of capital, the cultural can't realize sound and fast development, but capital is the bottleneck of Shaanxi cultural industry. So, study on the investing and financing problems, and to establish the investing and financing mechanism of cultural industry in Shaanxi is very important. It can help to solve the capital problem, realize sustainable development of cultural industry in Shaanxi, and promote economic development.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of cultural industry in Shaanxi, and analyzes the input and output capacity of Shaanxi cultural industry. Shaanxi culture industry has the problem of insufficient investment. On this basis, this paper analyses the problem of the investment and financing mechanism of cultural industry in Shaanxi. Find the bottleneck problems of development of Shaanxi cultural industry, including single financing channels, small scale, and high cost of financing, big financing risky. Against the problem, this paper analyzes the reasons of bottleneck problems of investment and financing of cultural industry in Shaanxi from two aspects of the external environment and culture enterprise. This paper also compares cultural industries'experiences to support cultural industry in cultural industry developed countries. Then this paper puts forward Shaanxi should establish diversified investment and financing mechanism, characterized with Market operation primarily while government support assists. Finally this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to operate the investment and financing mechanism of cultural industry in Shaanxi.
