On the basis of relevant literature studies, this study Chinese native culture as a background, based on a sample of HeNan province, a high school teacher, using document analysis, questionnaire and experimental measurements made, and by using the t-test and variance analysis statistical methods compared and analyzed. The research also to high school teacher explicit competitive attitude, implicit competitive attitude and mental health level and their relationship was studied. This research concludes the main conclusions are:(1)Different sexes, different age groups and different school age group of a high school teacher in benign competition attitude and excessive competition attitude doesn't exist significant differences.(2)Relative to the competition, high school teacher's implicit attitude more inclined to cooperation,(3)Different sexes, different age groups and different teaching age group of a high school teacher,whose implicit attitude level competition are not significant difference exists(4)High school teacher's explicit competitive attitude and implicit attitude correlation is very low, competition and was not significant, that their competitive attitude and implicit attitude explicit competition were independent of each other two different psychological structure, it has different psychological processing mechanism.
