| Zhifu Li is a main playwright of Jurchen Nationality in early period of Yuan Drama. His life story and his drama creation facts appeared firstly in Lugui Bu compiled by Sicheng Zhong in Yuan Dynasty, and then later his drama creation facts also appeared in Taihe Zhengyin Pu compiled by Quan Zhu in early period of Ming Dynasty. He wrote 12 dramas totally in the whole life. There is only Bianyi Xingshi Hutou Pai survived with whole drama, which appeared Yuanqu Xuan compiled by Jinshu Zang in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. Apart from Hutou Pai, two tunes of Bodao Abandoned Son are also survived now; one is Qingshan Kou that is collected in the Taihe Zhengyin Pu, other one is Plum Blossoms Wine, with Qingshan Kou collected in the Beici Guangzheng Pu. Other his 10 dramas were not discovered until now. In these 10 disappeared works, Huanmen Zidi Cuo Li Shen has three editions of yuanben, northern drama and southern drama, so it is got much attention by the academic community. Southern drama Cuo Li Shen, discovering its lyrics make studying Zhifu's Cuo Li Shen possible. This thesis is to study Zhifu's dramas according to current materials, try to grasp his drama creation from macroscopic perspective, and study his works from microcosmic perspective. This thesis, starting from analyzing his life story, mainly discussing his Hutou Pai, Bodao Abandoned Son and Cuo Li Shen, is to draw his position in the Yuan Drama history.This thesis is divided into three chapters.Chapter one is mainly about Zifu's life story and his creation facts. As for his life story, it is no doubt that he is a playwright of Jurchen Nationality, but his date of birth and death and the place he lived in are not unknown. Recording Zifu's life story is only in the Lugui Bu, but different editions of Lugui Bu have different recordings. Lugui Bu of Lianting Cao edition records he lived in Dexing Fu, but Lugui Bu of Tianyi Ge edition records he was in Dexing, these two kinds of recordings have bigger difference. Lianting Cao edition is more reliable than Tianyi Ge, so recording of Lianting Cao edition shall be regarded as authentic. Zhifu lived in Dexing Fu, to show that he sojourned here, so to deduce that Zhifu is a dramatist from Jin to Yuan Dynasty, his creation ages are from end of Jin to early period of Yuan Dynasty.Chapter two is mainly studied Hutou Pai drama survived now. Hutou Pai came down now thanks to Jinshu Zang's Yuanqu Xuan. Hutou Pai in Yuanqu Xuan is the only version. Apart from this, whole drama Hutou Pai has no other versions survived now. But Shengshi Xinsheng, Cilin Zhaiyan, Yongxi Yuefu and Beiqu Shiyi in Ming Dynasty all contain Shuang Diao·Wu Gongyang tune cycle of Hutou Pai. As well, Li Yu's Beici Guangzheng Pu contains eight songs of Hutou Pai with the example form, and contains combined routine with choosing two tunes of Shuang Diao and Zheng Gong in Hutou Pai. There are some materials to prove that other editions of Hutou Pai are spreaded besides Yuanqu Xuan, but they can not be found. Although these drama collections only quoted one suite music tune, there are many differences compared to Yuanqu Xuan. Furthermore, Hutou Pai in Beici Guangzheng Pu, Hutou Pai in Yuanqu Xuan, it is manifest they are not from same manuscript.Jurchen music in the Hutou Pai drama is concerned by academic community. Studying this part is very difficult because of current materials are limited, so this thesis tries to superficially discuss about it. Shuang Diao·Wu Gongyang routine tune is also named Shiqi Huantou, and Hanqing Guan and Shifu Wang both simulated it once. Zhifu Li introduced this suite music into Yuan Drama firstly, which enriched combination of tune name in Drama; this is Zhifu Li's contribution for Yuan Drama.Chapter three is devoted to discuss his other 11 dramas, and highlight the Cuo Li Shen and Bodao Abandoned Son. The drama Cuo Li Shen has disappeared, but its original condition can be calculated according to southern drama Cuo Li Shen that is survived now. It is key points that analyze relationship among Cuo Li Shen, Yuanben Cuo Li Shen, northern drama Cuo Li Shen and southern drama Cuo Li Shen. These are related to meaning of Ciben, generate time of southern drama Cuo Li Shen, and if existing adaption and be adapted between northern drama Cuo Li Shen and southern drama Cuo Li Shen.Remaining two tunes of Bodao Abandoned Son should help further to calculate its original content. Qingshan Kou belongs to Yue Tune, and Plum Blossoms Wine belongs to Shuang Tune. Bodao Abandoned Son also contains You Simen Tune, but its lyric has no left. You Simen belongs to Xianlv Gong, and three shows of Bodao Abandoned Son are Xanlv, Yue Tune and Shuang Tune. Xianlv Gong is the first show in Yuan Drama usually, and Taihe Zhengyin Pu quoted Qingshan Kou, which marked Qingshan Kou is the second one, so Yue Tune is the third one.Other 10 disappeared works are divided into two kinds according to drama name, one kind is affection drama, and other kind is historical drama. The discussion purpose is to study Zhifu Li's drama creation as a whole. |
