| Attitude toward academic burden is borne by the students for their academic load and stable way of psychological and behavioral tendencies; resilience is an individual with a positive trait that helps an individual in the event of a good deal when the frustration situation; learning engagement is students in the learning process full of vitality and interest, that learning is meaningful and can overcome them. The purpose of this study:1, amendments for the study of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Student; 2, describe the characteristics of current burden of high school academic attitude, resilience and learning engagement; 3, explorer the relationship of the burden of school attitude, resilience and learning engagement.In this study, first select 204 high school students from the number 9 middle school in Shijiazhuang and the number 1 middle school in Xingtai, revision of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Student, and then stratified cluster sampling method to collect 1041 valid subjects for study from the number 9 middle school in Shijiazhuang, the number 1 middle school in Xingtai, the number 10 middle school in Handan and the number 2 middle school in Baoding.We summerised the following results:1,The revised " Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Student " a total of 17 projects, including energy, focus and dedication of three subscales. Items of each subscale, respectively 7,6 and 4. The reliability and validity is good, in line with the requirements of psychometric standards.2,The attitude of high school academic burden is more negative, especially in the perception of the academic aspects of the burden of the most prominent, most students believe that heavy academic burden. The level of mental toughness, high school degree and learning inputs are in the middle, but did not reach a better level.3,High school sex, grade two factors on the academic attitudes and put the burden of the interactions; on the interaction of resilience was not significant, but their main effect were significant.4,Academic burden of attitude, resilience and learning engagement have significant correlation between the relationships. Among them, the burden of academic attitude and learning engagement significant positive correlation and high correlation; the resilience with the attitude of burden and learning engagement significant positive correlation, but correlation was low.5,The attitude of burden and resilience can effectively predict the level of learning engagement. The resilience regulate the relationship between the burden of attitude and learning engagement. |
