Since ancient times, our country land exists many ethnic groups. China's nations are mainly fused in the Spring and Autumn Warring States period. Along with the gradual weakness of Zhou royal family, every state is trying to expand domestic hegemony influence. Meanwhile, the activity of peripheral minority tribes on the influence of guanzhong region is deepening day by day.This article hopes that in the foundation of predecessor research, the development from the beginning seals the Qin country to unifies six country period is as the master line, according to the order of time, analysing and researching the relationship between qin and the surrounding tribes of Rong Di.The article is divided into several parts:The introduction: generalizing senior scholar's research on the related achievement, the content and the method of Qin and Rong Di.Part one: researching the relationship between Qin patriarch and Rong Di.The first quarter, through ancient myths and legends related to the Qin, and existing literature data records, from the Qin tomb, totem worship, etc., which analyses to Qin's race source. We can conclude that the Qin origins from Dong Yi ethnic. The second quarter, analysing of the survival environment and development of qin people in the west, which discusses the relationship between Qin patriarch and Rong Di in YinZhou period. The third quarter, the Qin Xianggong period, the country attach itself to Zhou royal family in order to improve the political and social status of Qin. The fourth quarter, analyzing the background of the Qin to establish the state, and the assiciation after the founding of the country.Part two: researching the relationship between Qin patriarch and Rong Di in the Spring and Autumn period. This section, mainly in accordance with the order of qin monarch, elucidating the relationship between itself and Rong Di in its rule period, as well as to analysis and contrast the qin and Rong Di tribe of military strength, and concluded that, in this historical period, the military, political and economic strength of Qin has transcended the Rong Di tribe.Part three: researching the relationship between Qin patriarch and Rong Di in the warring states period. This section is divided into three sections. The first quarter, the wars of Qin and Rong Di. The second quarter, the peace of Qin and Rong Di. The third quarter, the roles of Rong Di in Qin unified six-nation process.The conclusion: elaborating the mutual influence and historical status of Qin and Rong Di, which accelerated the process of national integration.
