It's late for the relatively research of the teaching model in China, coupled with limited domestic and international research into foreign language teaching in the blind spot. Author refer to the five elements of teaching model said by Ma Jianfei, make the syllabus for the program with Kristen's theory of second language,memory theory, psychology and educational theory as a theoretical guide, on the basis of six-months of the teaching experiment, try to build and validate a audio-visual middle-class Listening Teaching Model. The Teaching under the model can connect the hearing and visual aids form visual text, pictures, audio, film and television, to enhance students'listening and listening comprehension. In the final part, a performance investigation and assessment based on the experiment to authenticate feasibility of the audio-visual middle-class Listening Teaching Model, Including assess guidance this mode of teaching effectiveness, and whether the experimental teaching goals, and try to form an assessment paradigm.
