The Research On Violin Concento "Wang Zhao-jun"

Chen Gang is one of Chinese famous musicians and composers. By employing a variety of national performance techniques, he created a great many violin music works representing features of different times and nations. Violin concerto Wang Zhaojun is one of his representative works. The thesis attempts to analyze the composing skills and artistic features of Wang Zhaojun to explore its culture impact and value from the ontological perspective.The thesis can be divided into three parts. Chapter one is a brief introduction of Chen Gang, his main works and his composing characteristics and tendency. There is also an introduction of violin concerto Wang Zhaojun, including the background, the content, its features and influence. Chapter two gives a concise analysis to the main features of violin concerto Wang Zhaojun, including musical structure, melody, harmony and orchestration. Chapter three explores the composing ideas, esthetics thought of Violin concerto Wang Zhaojun to reveal its cultural values and great influence on the development of Chinese music.
