Wang Xilin is one of the most important composers of contemporary China. Many of his symphonies,symphonic suite, symphonic chorus, concertos, symphonic overture, chamber music and so on show his works in technical, artistic, thoughtful, high degree of unity. The creation of his "Violin Concerto" began in 1984, in the mlddle pause, and was written in the period from 1999 to 2000 and finalized. This work is different from with his large symphony and has different creative projects:the folk music and symphony form, Fusion of traditional and modern composition techniques to make the work symphonic and contemporary, in order to make the aesthetic Features of his works far different from the original folk music. Early in the Wang Xilin writing his famous "Suit poems of Yunnan", the practice has already begun to explore this area. However, with the composer’s 14-year ordeal while decentralization Shanxi come in contact with folk music, and after years of artistic vision and technical approach continues to expand, the authors explore the personal dedication. On this subject, the composer will get a more lucrative accumulation, at the same time the concept of aesthetic ushered a series of changes.In this paper, Wang Xilin’s "Violin Concerto" work the body as the main object of study, designed to analysis the musical language, form, texture, pitch organization, polyphony, timbre-sound and other technical aspects, to explore the vertical and transverse structure, revealing musical language features of this work, important creative technical features, to explain its composition techniques and artistic relevance, summary personality traits of its creation, and to further reveal its aesthetic pursuit, creative thinking and cultural significance.
