This paper mainly studied the effects of training and competition on the immune function and the relationship between immune and anxiety of track and field athletes. There were seven athletes in this experiment, who were all from Guang Dong Track and Field Team and have without endocrine diseases. During the course of the training and competition, we collected the samples at three different time in order to reflect the changes of training stage. The first collected time was at the beganing training , the second time was at the end of training, after match, the third sample was collected . All of the samples were collected at the same time(Monday morning) and the samples were composed of common blood samples(HB,CK,BUN,ect); endocrine samples(T,Cor); immune system samples(CD4+/CDg+) and anxiety test scores. The purpose of this study was to assay how the training and competition restrain the immune ruction and whether the anxiety which coming from training and competition would effet athletes immune ruction. Nowdays, there were many experiments concentrated on the exercise which effect immune ruction, but there were very little results showing there were relations between anxiety and immune faction. Actually, there were some experiments that had proved the anxity would effects immune ruction. So we will only try follow this idea to break a concer of the big ice hill. The results as follows:1 . After the training, athletes body function had declined obviously. The numbers of RBC discreased continuly, but there was no difference (P>0.05 ); the plasma Hb concentration of males athlete discreased obviously, but there was not different (P>0.05 ) ; there was no change in females'; Otherwise, The change ranges of the plasma Hb content had differences in the different projects: 100/200 meter>400 meter hurdle> broad jump; ALT also increased but no notably; but in serum the CK and BUN increased notably (P < 0.05) . This indicated that training would make the body function decline, it was regular pattern of training. But even though the concentration of T and C discreased, the T/C increased after training, which showed the ability of exercise was very well.2. During the four weeks training and competition period, the function of T-lymphocytes immune system was a lower level than the normal. Although it increased after training and competition, but there was not notably (P>0.05 ) . The reason of the T-lymphocytes immune system function always in a low state was: CD4+ discreased more notably than normal (P < 0.05) ,but CDg+was not changed notably , which made the ratio of CD4+/CDg+ be in the lower level than the normal. Analyzing this apperance, we thought that the training time was more important than the training intensity, which just explained why the immune function was in the low state during the long times training. This told us: As a career player, during the long time training, the athletes would keep in a low immune ruction.3. During the four weeks training and competition period, the plasma immunoglobulin (including IgA IgG IgM ) had not changed very much, saliva secretary immunoglobulin A increased continuly, It showed that training mightnot effect the function of B-lymphocytes immune in elite athletes.4. During the four weeks training and competition period, there was some relationship among the change of B-lymphocytes immune of T C WBC and RBC index, the same as T-lymphocytes immune system. Which showed the chracter of the whole body immune system is a network.5. During the four weeks training and competition period, the elite athletes were in the low anxity and the low phychology stress, which might be coused by training level training time and the self adjustment, there was some raletionship between the anxity and immune indexs.6. After training and competition, we analyzed the plasma endocrine samples finding that with the discreasement of the C the CD4+ increased, the CDg+ discreased and there was some relationship, the high C let to the immune ruction discreasement, which fu...
