It is vital to strengthen diverse FLED and cultivate talent with foreign language (FL in short) skill. Subjects of FL are more valued than any times. So too, FLED study has been deepening in almost every way.China's modern education started with FLED. In 1862, the establishing of School of Combined Learning was the very beginning of China's FLED. From then on, China's education had to get to learn from abroad whatever in education structure, teaching contents and approach.
