Healthy education of psychology is necessary for middle school students' mature development. Teachers are the backbone of the healthy education of psychology work, because they are familiar to students and teaching process, and they can concretize and deepen the healthy education of psychology in some key and slight problems. Then, in recent healthy education of psychology work, teachers' function does not develop full. What the function of teacher's quality is. What kinds of quality teachers should have, and how they can improve their self-quality become the key exploring problems of this essay, which is mainly divided into five parts:Part I: The chief problems exit hi middle school students' healthy education of psychology. First of all, education subjects and ways separate from the fact seriously. We have not recognized it is just the teacher's unobtrusively influence that is the important way of carrying out the healthy education of psychology. Next, not recognizing the decisive function of teacher's quality in the activity of healthy education of psychology.Part n : Teacher's quality plays an overpowering role in forming middle school students' mental health. Firstly, teacher's quality itself has the character of education. Teacher's quality refers to the mental character synthesis which decides teaching effect and influences students' development of body and mind directly and notably and is shown in teaching activity. Secondly, teacher's position can't be substituted, and we can also draw the conclusion from the case analysis hi education teaching. Consequently, a middle school teacher must possess relevant good quality, which comprises profession belief, outstanding teaching ability, good character, highly adjusting ability and self-perfect abilityof teaching, and at last, consciousness to serve others.Part : Middle school students' healthy education of psychology is looking forward to the improvement of teacher's quality .in this part, we firstly expound the necessity of improving teacher's self-quality. Teachers should comply with the situation and look for the direction exaction exactly for self-development try to improve self-quality, and also teachers should find out the key factors of teacher's quality .In psychology work of healthy education, teachers should especially have sturdy will, fine service consciousness. Only in this way we can know students well and we can promote the forming of students' mental health.Part . It is the way to improve teacher's self-quality. First, teachers should fix a higher work aim. Secondly, teachers should improve introspective ability of education and learn to rethink their thoughts and behavior continuously to get better class-control ability and self -control ability, and improve self-efficacy. Thirdly, teachers should reinforce theoretical study.Part : Conclusion: It is demand for carrying out the healthy education of psychology to middle school students for their health of body and mental. Teacher's quality plays a decisive role in middle school students' healthy education of psychology. Teacher's quality, which influences students continuously has the character of education. For this reason, teachers should look for the direction exactly and try to improve self-quality to promote the forming of students' mental health.
