On The Ability Construct Of Pupils' Successful Development

The development of modern society and the enforcement of quality education has set a new demand on the cultivation of pupils' ability. The research of ability construct can help us to grasp the nature of ability and work out he principles on cultivation of ability scientifically. The earlier research group has researched initially. This research will certificate the construct so that we can set down the aim of ability cultivation. The research was carried according to the concerned theory, visits, investigation by tests, we drew up a questionnaire on the pupils' ability, according to factor analysis, the ability construct of primary school pupils has been formed. The following conclusion is reached:1.The ability of pupils' successful development forms by six factors: self-management ability, adaptive ability, communicational ability, competitive ability, cognitive ability, probing ability. This six factors are equally important, and are integral.2.The ability of successful development is carefully divided to the 96 concrete actions, this 96 contents can be regarded to be the guidance of carrying on the concrete operation in education to students at ordinary times.3.We need improve teachers' and parents' ability to cultivate the pupils. We need the school, the family and the society to act together to improve pupils' successful development ability.
