The research of schema induction has showed that to increase the number of analogy, the cues and the similarity between two problems help form high quality schema and improve the subsequent performance of analogical transfer. However, these are external influencing factors. The paper adopted external factors and internal factors. It concerned three factors' influence on schema induction and analogical transfer. The three factors included cognitive style(field-independence and field-dependence), the clearness of problem structure(well-organized and ill-organized), content similarity. The experiment adopted three-factor randomized design. The result reviewed that: (1) the different cognitive style influences the quality of schema representation, but it doesn't influence analogical transfer. (2) The subjects have better schema quality and analogical transfer performance on the condition of well-organized structure than those on the condition of ill-organized structure. (3)content similarity doesn't effect the two aspects. (4) The quality of schema representation has no significant difference between field independent and dependent subjects on the condition of well-organized structure. But, the difference is founded on the condition of ill-organized structure...
