| Habermas' study turned to the communicative theory from the eighties of the twentieth century. Effected by the turn of western philosophy of language, Marx ?Weber's theory of rationality, the Frankfurt School and other factors, Habermas opposed consciousness philosophy's separation between subject and object. He disagreed with Marx 'Weber's instrumental rationality and raised the theory of communicative action which language is intermedium, life world is the ligament, understanding is the orientation, intersubjectivity is the main character. Contraposing the comedown of value and freedom in the modern industrial civilized society. Habermas analyzed and critiqued the "colonization of life world " brought by "post-capitalism period ". He conceived to rebuild a new finer society by "universial pragmatics" and "negotiations ethics". This thesis falls into four parts to study Habermas' theory of communicative action.Part One discusses the original theories of his communicative theory from the turen of western philosophy of language and Marx ?Weber's rationality theory.Part Two illustrates Habermas' theory of communicative action from the conception of action, mutal life world as well as system process, colonization of life world and universial pragmatics.Part Three studies Habermas' analysis about the Social alienation phenomenon of western modern industrial civilized society. He conceived to rebuild finer "life world" by changing the society's "structure of public opinions", improving "ethic rationality" and achieving "social rationalization".The last part mainly presents the author' views about Habermas' theory of communicative action. |
