Relationship is a man-oriented connection, an active existing way in which man contact each other, man and substance relate to each other, a state in which subject and object effect, influence each other, depend on each other, restrict each other, compare with each other and transform into each other, a product of man's practice. Nowadays, labor-division in modern science becomes more and more thorough. Which, along with the total tendency of scientific development, reveals profoundly the dialectical nature of the relationship between subject and object. The errand of scientific knowledge is to discover the essence and laws of this relationship through researching the mutual relation between man and man or man and substance. With the widely application of system -method in science, the research of the category (relationship) is becoming more and more important in modern science and philosophy. So, man as masterstroke, balance and harmony as theme and continued development as though-line, this essay probes into the relations between man and nature, between man and society and between man ourselves.Part one: Summary of relationship. First, Marx -Engesi' expound on relationship is analyzed. It is made clear that connection is not relationship but a philosophical category which is wider than relationship. Relationship is a man-oriented connection, is a way in which man exist in society. It comes into being only between man and man or man and substance, only through man's practice. Second, the objectivity, universal character, individual character and complexity of relationship is analyzed, the theoretical and practical significance to study relation through putting man as masterstroke is brought forward. Then, through analyzing the appearing, forming, developing and classifying ofrelationship, the aim of realizing relationship, making it smooth and utilizing it more effectively is reached at last.Part two: Relationship between man and nature. By defining man and nature, what is made clear is that, the connection between man and nature is a systematic one. The development of this relationship is a dialectical, dynamic and historical process. In this process, in order to get the harmony between man and nature, man has to follow the principles of orientation, moderation and ethics, and man must lead the road of ecological civilization of continued development.Part three: Relationship between man and society. By defining man and society, it is made clear that man and society are undividable. The history of mutual influence between man and society is one in which man and society evolve from one-sided development to all-round development. As for the relation between man and society, the survival principle, need principle, benefit principle and development principle must be abided by. The mode of this relationship must be built under the consideration of need and development, then the aim that man and society develop together can be reached.Part four: Relationship between man ourselves. In this part, intercourse between persons is discussed. Through expounding the definition, formation, development and classification of relationship between persons and the significance of building a good relationship, its development history is retrospected, a conclusion is drawn that the nature and state of this relationship is decided by man's practice and its developing condition by developing level of productive forces. A series of principles of how to handle this relation is brought forward and a deduction follows that healthy and harmonious relationship between persons is an ideal mode.All in all, relationship is a great net in which nature society and man depend on each other, restrict each other and harmonize each other. As long as we insist on the principle of continued development, can the relationship between man and nature, man and society, man and man develop healthily, harmoniously, can the integration of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit be realized.
