In the art of poetry, different artistic techniques will make different artistic effects on emotion expression. Because of the different characters and styles of the classical poems, we should study on them from different angles. In this thesis the author select four angles as follows: the relationship between true and false, the relationship between emotion and scenery, the relationship between figure and ground, and the relationship between rapidness and protraction.'The relationship between true and false' is an old topic in the art of China, the article tries to apply it in Chinese classical poems. And tries to find out what lyric effects it may creates in those four aspects: the application of actuality, the application of imagination, the application of obverse writing and side writing, and the application of detailed writing and elliptic writing.Different compositions of emotion and scenery may bring different lyric effects in 'the relationship between emotion and scenery'. The compositions include: the way of setting of between emotion and scenery, the primary and secondary relationship between emotion and scenery, and different characters of 'scenery' itself, and so on. The article tries to explore what different lyric effects they will produce. And the article analyses the composition patterns of 'person' and 'scene' in poetry with the theory of 'the figure-ground relationship', which belongs to Gestalt psychology. And it also analyses some detailed patterns as followings: the composition of motion and still in space; the presentation of time according to priority; the loss and addition in picture and background. The article tries to find out the artistic effects of emotion and artistic conception in poetry, which was brought out by different relationships between picture and background. Those three aspects above-mentioned: 'the relationship between true and false', 'the relationship between emotion and scenery' and 'the relationship between figure and ground', mostly apply to the poems which the leading character is lyric. While 'the relationship between rapidness and protraction' applies to the opposite ones. The article lays emphasis on 'protraction' in three forms and effects as follows: protraction in mentality expression, protraction in scene description and protraction in words transforming to lyric.
