| Cultural nationalism of original pattern was cultural trend of thought that capitalism economy and democratic developed but relatively fell behind comparative with other nations. It was important form of nationalism, and the cultural level nationalism. It played an unsubstitute role in nation-state setting up. It was sign and spirit of early stage national move; more the mentality cornerstone of contemporary nation-states choosing to merge into world; and the staff of nation-states spiritual support; and the reflection of the economic globalization and politics globalization at cultural level. Nation was the result of human being relative isolation. If there were no relative isolation the culture creation of different people, it wasn't possible of difference of human' language, habits, ideas at different places, and in a word, formation of nation was impossible too. Isolation was oil of producing nation, but it was the reason that nation identity was difficult to produce either. On the other hand, it was impossible to produce nation identity at relative isolative environment. The purpose of this article is to excavate the inner and outer sources of cultural nationalism in general meaning, to achieve an overall knowledge and true colors. Certainly, we no longer draw cartoon for it.Interpreting the cultural nationalismThe exercises must begin with a set of definitions. Nation can be explained: the people that possessed the same history,experience,language were ruled by the same government. Nationalism is a trend of thought and move that declares distinctive cultural character as symbol, and treats state interest as the first, and protects political sovereign and territorial integrity as objective. Cultural nationalism is first of all that it believe that the world can be divided into different states and nations, and that every nation-state all has its unique traditional nature by itself. Culture is intrinsic feature, which distinguish different states; Secondly, cultural nationalism is the principles that treat different national relations, and it evaluates and qualities cultural condition that lies between nation-states' relations in history and reality. In the third place, in the opinion of natural nationalism, culture was considered as core basis of identity of nations and states, so reserving,reviving and strengthening national culture is its objective .At the same time, economic,political and cultural nationalism have unique effect on constructing state. Nationalism under culture demands when people should establish social community for themselves, they could have the highly same moral, philosophy,art,habit and mentality emotion. And all this constitutes cultural theory and basic value that a nation needs. Economic,political nationalism provide formation and development of nation-state with rule pattern and distribution mechanism. Therefore, moral morns and order rules of national lives mostly are decided by cultural nationalism.By means of systems theory we can analysis the source of cultural nationalism through state as limits. As follows:2 ,The inner origin of cultural nationalism.(1) Economic basis of cultural nationalism producingEconomy is the origin of all political phenomena. Cultural nationalism is the outcome of economic intimate relation. Human being society transforming from agricultural society to industry society didn't only make economic relation strengthened but also make it possible to control effectively. At the same time, all created condition for interchange and identity for people too.There are three levels in cultural connotation from macroscopic perspective: means of lives and production (implement level), organization level and value conception level. The regular and perfect society can go forward along with the economy——politics——culture road, but the three can appear dislocation at irregular society.
