| Tourist souvenir is one of the important parts making up of the tourist industry. Nowadays, tourist industry develops like a raging fire, but for the development of tourist souvenir, it is rather dissatisfactory, which is absolutely a weakness for further booming of the whole industry.Basing on analysis of the meaning of souvenirs to the tourists, as well as shopping characteristic etc. This thesis carries out a discussion on its key attributes & the extended attributes of tourist souvenirs. And according to the key attribute of the tourist souvenir-regionality, we sort the souvenirs into three classifications: azonal tourist souvenir, superficial regional souvenirs & souvenirs of deep-seated regional features, for which we will dissertate separately in the content in combination with current marketing situation. Whereafter through discussion of the contradiction between the characteristic of regional culture and advancing of times, we will try to shed light on the influence of times development on the regional culture and tourist souvenirs.In the last chapter of the thesis, the writer will put forward a method of "image update" to develop the tourist souvenirs, and further discussion will be carried out on the developing direction and thoughtways of superficial regional souvenirs & souvenirs of deep-seated regional features. |
