This paper researches on the layout and visual effect of the courseware for the teaching of spoken Chinese. We have established the principles of courseware design and provided a set of samples to supply reference to the Chinese teachers. After 3-semester teaching experiments, the principles have been approved to be correct and satisfactory.The dissertation contains six sections: 1. Introduction; 2. Methods of research; 3. Principles of the courseware design; 4. Tips for Chinese courseware design; 5. Discussions on relevant problems.
