Primary school is a critical phase in which children form and develop their own personality. It is also a key link in carrying out quality education. In order to grasp the characteristics and law of pupils' personality development in Dalian north three countries and makereasonable policies, we selected 618 pupils from Dalian country, used the scale EVALUATION SCALE OF CHILDREN'S PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT made by Professor Yang and Liu in Liaoning Normal University. This research sums up the characteristics in age and differences in sex concerning pupils' personality development, the influence of Dalian's peculiar culture and geographical environment.
