Sinology is a result of communication between Chinese and occidental culture ,and it is also occidental understanding of Chinese culture under occidental own culture .It is "knowledge of China", because it's content is about China .As to Chinese ,Sinology is also "knowledge of Occident" ,because it's thought and theoretical system still belong to the category of western academy studies . Sinology research is the research on Sinology made by Chinese scholars . Sinology and Sinologic research are both on the intercultural basis therefore have comparative culture horizon. It contributes to expanding comparative culture and Sinological horizon to research on Sinological mode of thought and knowledge background from the aspect of philosophy thinking .It also helps us recognize the conflicting and merging culture landscape in globalization era ,and advocate intercultural dialogue by way of "Seeking harmony not sameness".The history of Sinology relates to two kinds of modes of thought .Subject centralizing reason place the subject and ego into the centre ,by means of separating subjects and objects .Although it sets up objectification thought system, it makes a split world at the same time. Under the guide of this mode of thought .western Sinologists expand rational ego constantly in the western native country ,and look for the unrational constantly beyond the west.It is revolution of methodology that modern Weston philosophy turn to intersubjectivity, which is essentially a transition from monologue into dialogue .This transition has exerted influence on the development of Sinology. More and more Sinologists begin to probe into culture relation in non-centre opinion, and advocate the intercultural dialogue.
