| Since the textbooks' innovation is very important in TCFL, this thesis aims at discovering the similarities and differences, realizing the inheritance and development by a comparison in grammar part between A COURSE IN CHINESE LANGUAGE and THE CHINESE TEXTBOOK, and by analyzing the reasons for the development. This thesis is mainly made up of four parts.The first part is the preface. It illustrates the significance and the purpose of the comparison. And it also does a brief introduction to the two textbooks that we discuss in the thesis.The second part is a detailed comparison in grammar system, grammar items' selection, syncopation, arrangement and explanation between the two textbooks.The third part analyses the profound reasons for the grammar part's development from the angle of linguistic, theory of grammar, teaching method, pedagogy and the accumulation of the teaching experiences.On the ground of pointing out the shortcomings in A COURSE IN CHINESE LANGUAGE, the fourth part advances the way of the textbooks' innovation, that is, advancing as the time goes. |
