As a great poet of the middle of the Qing Dynasty, Mr. Zheng Ban-qiao had produced many poems that owned an important status in the history of Chinese classical poems. Mr. Zheng Ban-qiao owns his unambiguous concepts through poem that advocate composed and piquant attitudes and personalities and emphasize practical and problem-solving spirit that poem should reflect the real society generally when producing and valuing poems, insist that poems should express the real sensation of the poet, advocate creativities and reality and oppose doctrine in producing poems. Mr. Zheng Ban-qiao not only cares for the suffering labor people and figures a good image of the people's livelihood, but also expresses his dissatisfaction and condemn to the governances through his poems that give materials describing the miserable stories of the flourishing Qing Dynasty through his personal experience, and what he sees and hears.As he is a versatility and has different character, personalities, attitudes upon poems, and who lives in a unique society and has a distinct background of education, Ban-qiao always produces poems with vigorous and heroic ideology, figures out an exquisite picture of his deep thought by simple sentences, expresses his solemn idea through humor languages. "vigorous, realistic, and humor" maybe are the word just fit the style of Mr. Zheng's poems. Mr. Zheng's poems are more innovations than traditions, whether to the ideas and contents or to the describing skills, that incarnate the taste and hanker of the burgeoning citizens and represent the orientation of custom literature. The experience of Mr. Zheng's producing up-to-date poems had given great contribution to the development and improvement of poems of Qing Dynasty.
