Characteristics of Zheng Qiao’s Yuefu concepts are embodied in three aspects. The first is the theory expressed in Tong Zhi Yue Lv. The second is the classification of Yuefu poems and study about its standard in Tong Zhi Yue Lv. The third is Yuefu Poem composition trend. This paper will research the theory of Zheng Qiao’s Yuefu concepts from these three aspects and then discuss Zheng Qiao’s yuefu concepts complex and variable on that basis. The paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter discusses the theoretical expression of Zheng Qiao’s Yuefu concepts. Theoretical expression of Zheng Qiao’s Yuefu concepts is mainly embodied in Tong Zhi Yue Lv, concentration presented with "Sheng Gui theory ".This chapter first explores the connotation of Zheng Qiao’s "Sheng Gui theory ".First of all Poem is mainly composed by Yue Chapter; The second is "Poetry is the essence of music, and poetry needs voice"; The third “The essence of poetry lies in the voice but not meaning. The chapter secondly explores the causes of "Sheng Gui Theory " : One is the rise of justice theory bringing the enormous influence of voice; The other is "Sound Lost" bringing the changes of poem style, getting meaning by title and betrayed poetry music phenomenon in nature. Finally reveal the characteristics of Zheng Qiao’s " dignity voice" nature of the music.The second chapter discuss the characteristics about Zheng Qiao’s the classificatio n of the previous dynasty and related issues in Tong Zhi. Yue Lv. His classification is divided into three standards. The first one is classification by voice; The second is c lassification by meaning; The third one is classification by Feng, Ya, Song. Interna ldepe ndent relationship exists among these three elements. Classification by meaning is the next best performance for classification by voice, these two factors are both controlled by the classification by Feng,Ya,Song. Therefore, Feng,Ya,Song is existed for politness. During the process of classification, because of improper categories, meaning voice "Qing Shang three tunes" and Qing shang qu internal appeared repeated phenomenon. The judgement of" Starting form Liang dynasty, meaning exists in music" and "staringfrom Jin dynasty exists in dancing" is not pure the literal meaning. These theories re flects Zheng Qiao’s blame about the dissatisfaction of literati often assigned topic met hod for piano music and critic about "dance and has resigned, miss gu" from Nan Li ang dynasty. In essence opposing making poem by music and dancing is the reflection of Zheng Qiao’s restoration thoughts.The third chapter discusses Zheng Qiao Yuefu poem creation. Accordingly to Zheng Qiao’s lost Poem of Yuefu resentment and solution of resentment study, strive for getting connected relationship by combing the origin of existing three ancient Yuefu poems. And further deduce the lost opus title and content. In next, study the meaning of Han Dynasty Yuefu poem spirits and word of "Xi" based on Zheng Qiao poem creation.The forth chapter integrally discusses Zheng Qiao Yuefu poem ideology inheritance and innovation. Mainly spread from two sides. One is that Zheng Qiao shows dissatisfaction against chaos of Rite Music with the view of "rite and music mutual call " guidance. Meanwhile, Song-Dynasty retro trend of elegant music affect Zheng Qiao creation, which present respect and is keen on retro trend ideology. However, Zheng Qiao Rite Music is not equal to elegant music and criticizes the court creation. Zheng Qiao appeals the person who well knows the music to create. Another one is that Zheng Qiao valued folk secular music origin source and respect the Rite Music progressive ideas development tide.
