The Systems Analysis On The Psychological Health Education Of Adolescent

The modern society, with keen competition and complex change, demands talents with perfect diatheses whose bodies and minds are all healthy .Teenagers are in the period when their bodies and minds develop rapidly and personality traits are easily to shape . Therefore, whether they have good P.H.C will have great influence on their future vocation, study and life. To cultivate the talents sound in mind with perfect diatheses the society demanding, the most effective and scientific approach is, at the stage of adolescent, to guide their individual mind to the right directions to develop and perfect. Many show the health problem takes up high proportion. Teenagers are the future national pillar, their mental health worries us. Therefore, the mental health education of teenagers becomes an essential and important subject in modern education.The factors of formed these problems are varied and embody concretely four aspects—family, school society and individual. These factors interact and affect mental health of teenagers. Mental health problem of teenagers and study about it, is regarded as a focus in theoretics of education and psychology. They all agree to strengthen mental health education and enhance the health level of teenagers. But most of the study are investigation and selective operation. There is hardly any unitary study about each period of teenagers. This dissertation is meant to present my ideas of what to do with the mental health education of teenagers in our country. In this thesis, teenagers are used to be research object. Based on the theories of developmental psychology, the dissertation probes different roles of students, teachers, schools , families and society in mental health education. This research illustrates these factors that effect the psychological health state, and proposes corresponding educational solutions to the existing psychological health problems. From whole and developmentalpoint of view, we can find effective method for mental health education. 1 hope that these ideas can really be novel and practical as well.
