Left-behind children as a special group in the youth, unable to enjoy their normal family life, education and care from their parents, and its life, psychological problems, education problems, ethical issues, security issues and behavioral problems become worse day bye day. At present, various problems of left-behind children has got attention from the Chinese government and society, but high school left-behind children lack of security and adolescent education, facing such serious problems as older left-behind girls’ sexual assault do not get enough treasure. High school students are in a sexual physiology and psychological development, the key stage of maturity, is also an important period to accept sex education. In order to solve the outstanding problems and promote the healthy development of the sexual psychology, research adolescent sex psychological health education problem of high school students is vital significant.To actually understand the adolescent stay high school students psychological health condition and explore suitable psychological sex mental health education program for the physical and mental development, this study select a high school in luquan county of adolescent stay high school students as the research object, taking use of Locke’s adolescent sex psychological health table to do questionnaire survey from 425 students in three grade and interview 20 student, comprehend the school high school students sexual psychological health status and demand for sexual psychological health education. And on this basis, combining with the relevant theory to design puberty sexual psychological health education of left-behind child sex psychological health education intervention program, use the group curriculum intervention and individual intervention on different levels of high school grade two class once a week, a total of nine psychological health education interventions. According to an analyzing results after the intervention, education intervention to improve high school students sex psychological health is feasible and effective.The conclusion of this studies as following:(1)The high school students’ psychological health in Luquan county is on medium level(3.57±0.32), the group has a positive attitude towards sex, their adaptation is in good condition, but lack in sex knowledge.(2)Left-behind high school students’ sex psychological health is in the medium level(3.55±0.47); Grade three left-behind students’ psychological health is better than their low class student; The student whose mother has completed junior high school education is better on sex psychological health than whose mother is illiteracy.(3)Stay high school students’ sex cognitive level is significantly lower than non left-behind high school students’; If the remaining students is under single-parent or peer or self guardianship, their cognitive level is significantly higher than the student who is under skipped generation guardianship; Non left-behind left high school students master more physiological knowledge than stay high school students; Science students know more sex knowledge than the school of arts living.(4)Left-behind high school students’ sexual values show the high three levels higher than the junior students’ sexual values; The boy accurate view of sexual problems than girls; High three student perceptions of the problem than junior and senior middle school is accurate; The girl’s attitude towards sex tend to be better than boys.(5)Left-behind sex adaptation to the situation of high school students is, high three student’s sexual adaptation level is higher than the high school students; High three student’s social adaptation condition better than high school students; Non left-behind students of sexual activity regulating ability better than stay high school students; Girls of sexual activity regulating ability better than boys, Boys adapt better to self change than girls; High three students self change adaptation is better than high two students.(6)At the middle school high school students mental health education in sex luquan have high requirements, sex psychological health education holded by psychological teachers in the form of classroom teaching is got the group identity.(7)In the form of courses in adolescent sex psychological health education intervention, to improve high school students sexual psychological health has the obvious effect.(8)Case counseling intervention studies have shown that, in view of the caused by the lack of correct knowledge about sex behavior and psychological problems, using cognitive behavioral therapy for counseling can effectively help clients to solve the problem.
