The first part starts with analyzing the poems written by Yuan zhen when he lived in Chang'an, pointing out the specific scenery of Chang'an as well as important influence of Chang'an as the hignest authority organization. The second part emphatically analyses the"Chang'an poems"created when Yuan Zhen lived in other provinces. Explored from these two parts: the officialdom experience and making friends in Chang'an, try to reveal the relation between the life in Chang'an and the poet's psychologh as well as his creation. The forms of appendix to the article reveal the time of the poet in the government and the non-government as well as make quantitative statistics to the"Chang'an poems"and the geographical name which the poems mirror.
