In recent years, the increasing enrollment of universities has brought great pressure on the students of Foreign Language Universities. It is getting more and more difficult for them to study well and find a job, which inevitably exert a negative influence on their physical and mental health. Therefore, it is significant to study their mental condition and analyze the causes and factors which may affect their mental health and adopt proper methods. This study will be pragamatical and significant for the management of students in universities.
